Does E-SCOOTER have an age limit to ride?
According to Czech law, there is no age limit for riding E-SCOOTER. We recommend riding e-scooter from the age of 15+, in exceptional cases (age 12,13,14) must be youth accompanied by a parent and must have good riding skills and already some experience with riding a bicycle, etc. Recommendation for min. height is150 cm to easily reach handlebars. We have also available double seat e-scooters.

Is possible to book more E-SCOOTERS than 10?
Good news! We have more different kinds of e-scooters, just contact us on email info@czechebikezzztours.com in advance.

What is a refund policy?
If you cannot arrive on your tour, please let us know as soon as possible. We will be happy to help you move your tour to a different time or day. If you cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance we will give you a full refund back. More specific cases can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

Our place is in between Old town square and Wenceslas square. Our office is a bit is hidden, inside the ark, in courtyard.

What if I need to change the time or date of the tour?
No problem! Just let us know and we will do our best to reschedule your tour.

Can I store my luggage in the office?
Of course, no problem! Moreover, we are officially a partner of UseBounce luggage storage. Our office is very safe and we will happy to store your stuff before you check-in or after you check out from the hotel.

What to do in case of bad weather?
For little rain, we will provide you with one-use raincoats for free. In the case of really bad weather, we will contact you to find a common solution (reschedule or refund).

Is possible to rent E-SCOOTER without a guide?
Yes.

Do I need a driving license?
No.

Is E-SCOOTER legal in Prague?
E-SCOOTERS are classified as an Ebike so we can ride on cycle paths, combined zones for bikes and pedestrians, and also on the roads on the right side in the line as a cyclist.

What a weight limit to ride?
The weight limit of E-SCOOTER is 140 kg.

Do I have to wear a helmet?
Safety is our priority and we 100% recommend wearing a helmet which will be provided to you in our office. Don’t worry, we have more sizes and we use special disinfection for this purpose.

Do I have to wear special clothes?
We recommend comfortable shoes, In the summertime, it is good to have sunglasses, in winter we will provide gloves.

What should I bring to the meeting point?
Please do not forget any document with your photo (each) to confirm your identity and please arrive at the meeting point 10-15 minutes in advance for easy check-in, paperwork, and a test ride on E-SCOOTER. Address: Uhelny trh 414/9, Prague 1, Stare Mesto. Google and Apple Maps: E-BIKEZZZ Prague.
